Payment by PayPal friends and family or cash when picking up. Note: these are personal goods, not Lab Rat Rocketry items, and thus will be to my personal PayPal account. Yes, but with caveats. There are layers of rules around how many in sub packages, labeling, etc that I am trying to avoid dealing with. For what they are worth I don't want the hassle.
