I wish I needed hardware - he's motivated to move it. I know picking up the phone and actually calling someone seems old fashioned, but it still works.

Spent some time on the phone with Chris, and we got the list updated.

Guys, you can't imagine how much this is helping him out -- he's in a rough spot, currently unemployed, and he believes in paying his bills, so he's doing what he has to.
