That does not appear to be a tapped, forward closure... Just FYI.

I have a tapped forward closure, not in the picture....

As stated above, there is the standard ejection charge type, the tapped plugged one and the untapped one.

Hi Folks:

As noted, the picture only shows two of the three forward closures. I have spent an hour now trying to upload a new pic, but I must be over the limit on attachments, as it will not allow me to load. I cannot delete the existing pics to make room if I am truly over quota.
