minwax over f-n-f?

Has anyone ever put minwax wood hardener over elmers f-n-f?

I'm trying it for the first time, and I wondered if any has any experience.

Always apply the Wood Hardener first. It needs to act like sealer and penetrate the balsa grain to be effective. If the FNF has been applied first, it won't allow the Minwax product to soak into the wood, rendering it ineffective. What you wind up with is a bubbly, sticky, mess.
