Michiana Rocketry Members and Friends

We will be having a make-up launch this coming Saturday on March 23rd at our field in Three Oaks, MI.
The weather forecast so far seems to be looking good for our Saturday launch, low winds, very sunny, high around 50 Deg. F.
For the launch on Saturday set up will be at 9 am and flying from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
You can go to our website to check what available equipment and launch pads that will be on site. We will have a porta potty on site. We are about 1 hour east of Chicago.

ROCKETPOXY is sponsoring a catered free lunch for this Saturdays Michiana Rocketry launch February 9th, 2019.
Food will be Italian Beef (the real deal from Vienna Beef) also home-made Chili Served from about 11:00 AM to 1 PM EST onsite at Michiana rocketry launch field.

Will there be a motor vendor at this launch?

Hi Jay, Our usual vendor IMPULSE-BUYS probably will not be there since this is a make-up launch and has other family commitments. But I think we will have at least one small vendor there. Still working on getting another vendor for this Saturdays launch, but not sure at the moment, But if possible I would say to bring your own motors with you to be safe.

We are in GO Status --- from the buzz I have been receiving info on should be a well attended event.

We will be having a make-up launch this coming Saturday on March 23rd at our field in Three Oaks, MI.

The weather forecast is looking great for our Saturday launch, low winds, very sunny, high around 50 Deg. F. Also, we will be having a waiver to 16,000 feet instead of the usual 12,000 feet and due to the clear sunny skies being forecasted we should be able to use every bit of it, so bring your large and high-flying rockets with you. For the launch on Saturday set up will be at 9 am and flying from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
