Just finished Estes Mercury Redstone tonight . To Late for photo but I promise I will post a picture .

Sooooo. being pretty proud of the job I did on this rocket I Let the wife take a look at the finished rocket ......

She say's Very nice rocket

To Bad STATES is misspelled.........

for about 2/10 of a second she had me cold ..... then she :)

My Wife's sence of humor.......

That's good. :)

Even better than showing up at a launch showing off your new rocket, only to realize you forgot the launch lugs.:D

More tales of woe:

Packed all the kids and rockets into the car, drove to the launch site, got set up - where's the launch rod? At home.

Set off to drive to a launch to do my L1, got half way there and realised I couldn't see the rocket in my rear view mirror. Where could it be? At home.

Drive three hours to a launch to find out that it's not until the next day!

LOL I did that last year for the Tour de Deuce in NY with Nick DeBrita! I'm parked in the launch field all by myself and I call the clubs president...

"dude, the launch is tomorrow..."

ARGH!
