After having the rocket sat doing nothing for months, i finally got around to flying it yesterday.
on a D12 -3 she boosted straight and got a good hieght. she recovered well on a handmade 28 inch silk parachute. the nomex wadding system worked without fault.

I'm still surprised on your first flight the nosecone came out without pulling the chute along with it?
