Please visit our web page for details. https://mdrocketry.org/. Not sure if Teddy will be there as a vendor, but arrangements have been made with Ken at Performance Hobbies for delivery of orders to the launch. See below for details.

BTW, social distancing will be practiced and face masks will be mandatory. Please--please be prepared to follow the directions of the MDRA BOD members and those running the launch.

Performance Hobbies is unable to attend the August 15-16 launch at the Sod Farm, BUT if you go to his website (https://performancehobbies.com/) or call 202 723 8257 and order before 6PM on Thursday, August 13 your order will be at the launch. For pick up at the launch, see Fred Wallace at the launch, (both days). Don't know who I am, just ask someone.

Bump..

Unless the weather forecast takes a sudden turn for the sour, I'll probably be there Saturday. Sunday isn't looking good weather-wise though.

Planned Roster:

LOC Deployer on G76G (maiden of Stratologger)
Madcow Torrent on H178DM
PML Spitfire (named Perseverance) on G61W (maiden)
Fliskits Doubles on MMX II NE staging to MMX II (maiden)
Fliskits Mighty Saturn V on MMX II (maiden)
Fliskits Celtic Thunder on A8-3 (maiden)
Estes SM-3 on D12-5 (maiden)
Estes Gryphon on A3-4T (maiden)
Estes Outlander on C5-3 (maiden since rebuild)
Estes Alpha on A3-4 (My first use of a Q-jet)
Boyce 1/100 Redstone on A10-3T (maiden)
US Rockets Dual 18mm Rear Ejection (named Snakebane) on 2x B6-4 (maiden)

Planning on Saturday as well, if Sunday turns out nice then I'll return.
Planned:
Fiberglass Madcow Defiance Dubbed: Spy vs Spy (you'll see!) First flight CTI I345

Gonna miss you guys. I just didn't get a chance to prep, and the weather was looking bad for awhile, and then ... you know how it goes.

I have a bird to repair, one to build, and my crazy (right now) work schedule is just in the way. Have a great time!

I'll have to wait for September, sadly. Too much going on this weekend. Lots of maiden flights by then, including the pre-cert for my L2 (5.5" DD Patriot)!
