I agree. I hate hearing about it but I think she has gone enough because her public image has sunk miserably because she is a celebrity. I think just for lying the official punishment might have seem lenient but the unofficial punishment is fair.

Oh joy... If she appeals, I think they should just slam her with 5 YEARS in jail and 5 more years house arrest, and $300,000... She got off light for what she did, she shouldent try to get less...

In my opinion those who are found guilty shoud pay for all court costs that come up during the appeals process (unless of course they are found innocent). But then again that's a whole 'nother can of worms...and we dont' want to open any more of those than we already got open LOL
