I'm not sure if this goes here or under vendors , mods you decide....
I just want everyone to know that John D. , the maker of the MARSA4 is awesome!
I had flown my MARSA4 last month in a new rocket and the main got stuck.
The rocket landed flat(a miracle in it's own) and was prety much trash. The av-bay held up though.
One of the batteries broke free from the tie wraps and either hit the LCD or the flextion of the board broke the LCD.
I contacted John 4 days out from his NYPOWER launch about it. I asked if I could send it back to be repaired and asked how much.
John said send it back and no charge!!
I did. I think he got it on the Monday after NYPOWER and tried to fix it Thurs with some difficultly.
He's sending a new one back to me.
John, thank you. Your customer service is top notch, second to none.
Oh, John, next time we meet, lunch is on me!
