I am thinking about restarting this contest. Is there an interest?

Rules:
1. Must include a novel design in the topic of the week.
2. Must include an STL file and an image from the design software.
3. If you do not own a printer, I will print it for you as long as you have posted it 48 hours before the deadline.

If there is an interest, please let me know. There will be an annual prize of some sort based on the number of wins.

I’m definitely interested

Is this just a design contest or a printed solution contest. I see ESD safe filament as a necessity for this one.

It is just a design contest. I agree, or at least I would not store it in the can!

Any interest on restarting this to encourage isolation during Coronavirus?

You betcha! SolidWorks ready to design! Got a CR-10S and Ender 3 ready to print!

Heres my entry a Altimeter Bay conversion for the PSII Ventris or Argent. One piece each is needed, the sled is pre-configured for a Turnigy 300mah 2s Lipo (HobbyKing), and a Eggtimer Quark, the switch mounting is for a Missleworks Screw Switch (available from Missleworks @$2.95each). The body tube simulator parts are to keep the transition internal shell with bulkplates centered in the transition during epoxying.
Bay Parts installed inside transition with ends removed.

And another photo that I couldn't add in above post. The airframe tube simulators which fit over their respective bulkplates to keep the bay centered in the transition during the process of epoxying the shell into the transition.

Lets try it again maybe a new thread?
Just throw me an idea maybe if a couple of us start more people will join.
Im also willing to print for people without a printer and ship their designs to them for just the cost of shipping.

I have surgery tomorrow. I will come up with something while I am under anesthesia.
