At least I think it's a full-send. Is it defined as using a motor in the largest casing that will fit or the single most powerful motor that will fit? The CTI L935 IMAX would be that motor and get it 1000' higher and 100 mph faster... meh, close enough.



Will have an externally mounted Mobius Mini Action Cam rolling in 1080p wide-angle at 50 fps.

The mighty CTI L730 Classic Pro54 6-grain XL will be the power plant on this flight. Extra O-rings installed in both the forward closure and nozzle assemblies. Forward closure epoxied on with JB Weld. Liberal amounts of white lithium grease applied to O-rings and casing. Just trying to do all I can to keep that hellfire where it belongs.

Took the back roads to the site so my launch recovery engineer could enjoy the fresh air and scenery.

Successful launch. Recovered approximately 3/4 mile to the southwest. Came up short on the altitude due to angle of attack. It was another showstopper, though.

You can see the shoreline and Atlantic Ocean over 12 miles away in that last one.

Sailing through the heavens!

In the upper right of this photo you can clearly see Sebastian Inlet, Hutchinson Island, and the Atlantic beyond... 17 miles away.

Tragedy struck when two curious lovebugs were incinerated at liftoff.
