Louisiana - LEUP Contingency Storage

Does anyone in the new orleans/metro/baton rouge area have a LEUP and is willing to offer contingency storage? I am in the process of getting my LEUP, however from all i've read it seems that it makes the most sense to get my LEUP with contingency storage first and then obtain a storage variance. I already have my rocket box from US explosives, but I want to make this process as easy as possible.
