Looking for spiral wound nose cone guy???

A few years ago I met a guy named Jamie (I think) at Orangeburg, SC. He made and sold nose cones by wrapping colorful cord around a plastic or wooden nose cone and then covered it with clear epoxy. The nose cones were very colorful and cool.

Jamie helped me get my L1 and I was hoping to contact him, but I'm not sure of his name an have no info.

I'm hoping someone will recognize the nose cone description.
