Draw a line from say NYC to Dallas. Make it a big fat one, say 200 miles wide. I will be travelling this from Sunday 10/3 (NYC) to whenever I manage to get to Dallas, probably 3 or 4 or 5 days.

Anyone got any launches going on along that route during that time? It's not a weekend, so probably no clubs, but hey, anyone with a rocket, motor and pad is a "launch". There'll just be me and a minivan full of rocket stuff and no deadline.

If your 200-mile-ish distance is a radius around your line of travel and if you make it 250 miles wide once you reach Dallas, then Houston is included in the area you might consider. If so, and if it takes you 6 days, or if you leave really late on the 3rd, then NAR Section 498, the Challenger Rocket Club, will be having a launch on the 9th, a Saturday.

We'd love to meet you!

Sorry, another time. By the time I get to Dallas I'll be ready to stop. I expect I'll be hitting lots of Texas launches later on, including THPRA.

Don't know when you'll be headed back to NY, but if you happen to be passing thru central NJ on Sat Oct 30, be sure to hit our GSSS launch in Bridgewater (right off Rt 287). For further info see here .
