I am Canadian, and shipping fee from US-->CAN are ridiculous (plus crazy customs brokerage fee if shipped with anything other than USPS)
Hence, I ship to a VT warehouse next to the border, and I go pick it up myself ( www.kinek.com ).

Not worth it for small envelopes, but much loved when buying a MadCow 8" DX3.
