Found Looking for an Estes Tie Fighter - #1299 or #2102

I'm looking for an Estes Tie Fighter, either the #1299 or the 15th anniversary #2102. I'm a builder, not just a collector, so opened bags are fine, even just the plastic parts in a pinch. I can source the rest of the general rocket parts if I need to.

P.S. This is the regular tie fighter, not the Darth Vader one.

P.P.S. I know about the one up for bid on eBay right now. It's got an opening bid of $39.99 with over six days to go and no bids yet. I'm pretty sure it'll end up going for quite a bit more than that and be out of my range.
