Loki retainer?

Loki 38mm cases require their own retention systems right? If I wanted to fly AT or CTI cases too, would the loki retainer hold those in place? Or should I have places in the centering rings for the Loki system and a PMR 29/38.

I would just go with Aeropack. Those are compatible with all motors that I know of.

One word: Aeropack. I use Loki 38mm 2 grain cases, AT 29 G's and H's, CTI 3 grain 29's all in the same rocket.....with just the aeropack retainer. They're a little more expensive then some of the other stuff, but in my book worth every penny

You can us almost any retainer you want so long as it holds the motor in by the thrust ring or by the lip of the case. You cannot use the classic three screw PML retainer. That will likely destroy the motor by reflecting the flame back and melting the case.

The Loki 38mm retainer and the PML PMR 29-38 are compatible mounting hole wise.

That said never use the PML PMR with a Loki motor.

The Aeropack is a good choice. I use that on alot of my newer builds.

yes. You can nest retainer inside retanier inside, etc. you could go 98-29mm if you wanted. And they all retain the cases.

If I'm not mistaken, the 38mm LOKI casings will fit into slimline retainers. If they will fit slimline they will fit anything made.

Just order a 38-29 aeropack adapter. you will be able to fly a 29mm and 38mm

The Aeropack adapter works great. I've used it frequently in my Little Dog.
