Just spent a bunch of time on the phone with Scott of Loki to correct a problem that was of my own doing. No fault of Loki for sure. Scott helped me get out of the jam I put myself in - how awesome is that?

All of the sudden I have a hankering for a bunch of cocktail reloads. :)

It is wonderful that the vendors that supply us with our "toys" are able to find the time to listen to their customers and provide support wherever possible to make sure the end result is a happy, well supported customer.
