LOC - Scout

Finally built a LOC Scout for myself. Great kit, easy to build, all materials fit together perfect.

Only changes I made were to add a thicker piece of Kevlar for the leader and used an Estes 29mm motor retainer.

Awesome rocket and it's "just the right size" and weight. Fly on a D12-3 if you want small field rocket or put any 29mm that fits and let it rip.

That's a neat and simple rocket, takes a beating, and flies well on lots of small motors.

I have one from back in the day when Barry still owned the company. I also have one of the original kits still tucked away in a box.

That's a nice paint scheme and decal you did for it.
