LOC Precision / Public Missiles Together?

Okay, just logged onto the LOC precision website and i see LOC Precision / Public Missiles and then i log onto the Public Missiles website and they announce a new website coming soon. So my question is did they form a partnership or did LOC Precision buy Public Missiles?

LOC bought PML but PML will still be PML. LOC is not going to change anything they do.
