Well, I finally got off my butt and finished making the vacuform molds for a 1/70th scale Little Joe II. Here is a pic of the Fins & Fairings. I hope to make a web page soon that will provide more info. I hope to start taking orders soon too.

So this would fit a BT-70 and work with the Apogee capsule/tower assembly?

Original prototype has about 30 flights on it. Flys GREAT!

Check the November/December issue of Sport Rocketry magazine...page 5!

I dont get Sport Rocketry. I just looked more closely at the link you sent me to the old posts. Can you tell me more about your vacuform wraps you made? and are the fairings vacuformed as well?

I used Plastruct corrugation for the wrap (it's within 3/10,000th"), close enough.

The Fairings are cast as well as the fin actuator.

All the details will be applied by the modeller!
