Here are some. Depends how long we will be gone and or if I'm going alone.

Just purchased a R-Pod 179 for solo trips and I can pull it behind my little Jeep.

Just going for a day trip I take the GMC, with a cap.

We have 2 Toyotas, Corolla and Rav 4. If I am flying smaller stuff I just pack carefully and have only suffered minor transport rash on some rockets.

If I fly my biggest rocket I built during the pandemic I use this cart:

I was trying to figure a way I could transport, prep, launch this big rocket on my own. I do get A lot of looks on a trailer or sitting in the front yard, waiting to be pulled over with it.

I don't have any good pictures of it on hand, but I drive a 2011 Toyota Matrix. It's easily able to carry all of my rocket and camping gear, although would be tight if I had to take a passenger or two. It's also been more than capable of handling things like the dirt road to FAR. I'm currently thinking about adding a roof rack at some point, mainly for things like launch towers and my larger than expected pop up canopy. My only real complaints with it are the kinda uncomfortable seats, and mediocre gas mileage.

I'm thinking about doing a 7.5" build later this year that might end up being a tight fit, but I've been mostly interested in compact minimum diameter designs, which are pretty easy to pack, along with a sport flyer or two.

I use our 2021 Ford Explorer ST. 6' long inside and 4' across. Takes every thing I need. And since I was a Boy Scout, I believe in being prepared. As in I take everything but the kitchen sink. I even have a pop up Port-A-Potty. 4 wheel drive. I can go anywhere I need to. I have gotten 15 rockets in once with all the other stuff. Tables, chairs, tool boxes with motors and parachutes. Tool box with tools and lights. Cradles, pop up shelter, cooler, etc, etc.

2016 Honda Pilot AWD with a Thule Motion XT XL on top. The Pilot holds all of the launch stuff plus table, EZ-up, bin of smaller rockets, tools, porta potty, etc. The mid power rockets go in the roof box on a PVC pipe rack I made. The rack gets strapped into place in the roof box. Much more secure than setting them on top of the rest of the stuff in the back of the Pilot. The roof box also holds a shovel, straps and whatever else we throw up there.

we have a 2007 Lincoln MKX suv, tires are 23 years old. we put everything in the back with the seat folded down.

Whaaaat! Dude no Astrovan, that one was a TCR staple! I like the color or your new conveyance though.

Yep, I reluctantly replaced the Aluminum Falcon. It did pretty well with the 'new' trailer at sea level, but on 5000'-6000' passes it was struggling. I have a lot more room now so I can bring the kitchen sink too. 👍

I forgot this in the original post, the actual rocket holding. I use these and 32X16 Contigo cases that stack perfectly on my wheeled Sterilite totes.

Here’s my rocket rack. I will probably replace it with one using 3/4 inch PVC pipe.

2012 Ford Edge is what I use. I also tow the clubs trailer a short distance to/from its storage to the launch site. I typically have my range box, 5-8 rockets, cooler, snacks, and sometimes a small table, REI shade tent, and luggage if overnighting. I also design my rockets so that they will fit into the back of the Edge with the rear seats down. My 13' foot stretched Blue Iguana V is pieced to fit.

I've got a 2019 Ford Eco Sport, It can fit all my rockets, just not all at once. It can tow a small cargo trailer though I've yet to resort to that. Maybe for Airfest this year I'll do that.

I can fit mine in the back seat of my ram, I just prefer not to smell
Them all the way home from a launch. I have an enclosed utility trailer I will likely make a pvc rack an bolt it to the floor, sounds like I need 3/4. I”d like to
Find an old wood ammo box for the smaller ones. There’s a 30 acre hay field behind the house an I use this old garden tractor to launch a recover back there.

'06 Ford F350 Crew Cab 4x4...

Almost six feet across the back seat area. If it won't fit in there the bed is eight feet long. If it won't fit in there, hook up a trailer (just about ANY trailer, it has both gooseneck and tag hitches) and we'll get it there! (Along with a race car and a motorcycle or two! 🤪)
