Ninjago City and Pirates of Barracuda Bay have been my favorite builds ever. I have Ninjago City Gardens to build whenever I sell Pirates of Barracuda Bay to make the space.

I know it's none of my business, but I'd push to get many different modular sets that fit with each other, and make a nice street, instead of Ninjagos and haunted houses from different collections. Ninjago apparently saved LEGO from falling sales in the early 2000's but I like the modular collection (like the Jazz Club) so much more.
the wive LOVES the modulars. The Parisien cafe was her first (and what really got her started).. And now she has a whole street under our TV!

She's started a 2nd street off to the side, the Theater & Pool hall

We have the two other big Ninjango city sets in the basement.

Ahhh!! Living the dream I see! 😆

Here’s a project from a couple weeks ago.
The Lego Bugatti is just incredible. The gearing, and just overall engineering in general just amazes me what you can do with lego especially in this kit,
I’m happy I got my hands on this one considering it’s retiring soon unfortunately.
The prices are only going up on these I’ve heard. I got mine for a little over $340.00 + shipping which I don’t think is too bad…
In my opinion, it was worth every penny.
I spent one entire weekend on this…I started Friday night and went till Sunday afternoon. It was a rainy weekend anyways so it was well spent.
My thumb was quite sore after handling those 3,599 pieces.
Alright I’ll shut up now.
Here’s some pics…Enjoy…

To be continued…
It only allows me to post 25 files per thread.
Anyways, 6 lbs of Lego later, there’s the somewhat finished product. I’ll post a few more pics below in a separate post…

Thanks for looking!

William

Contest with no prize. Who can identify this kit?

I’m very surprised at the number of pieces in this kit which will eventually be covered. These are always more complicated than they need to be.

Not quite finished with bag 1.

The colors are those of the Arocs (42043) I had, but I wouldn't remember that specific stage you're at.

Ken is correct! And he wins the contest.
The Delorean Time Machine isn’t to the same scale as the mini figures, it’s a lot bigger!!

There’s a lever under it which will rotate the wheels flat for the Part II flying model (which I’m building). It also gives the parts for making the white walled Part III, or the original movie version.

I’ve finished bag 3.

FYI to all, the press release says June 1st release but the Lego store website says August 1st. I would think the latter is more trustworthy.

The June 1 date in the press release is the initial release, but it's not available in North America until August 1 like the store indicates. That delay between the rest of the world and us is weird but routine for LEGO in their summer wave. Only unconfirmed explanation I've seen is that it's because major US retailers prefer not to take new catalog items over the height of summer. Either way, it's extra weird for a NASA branded set.

That set ticks all the boxes. First space-themed Technic set in 25 years I think. I'll definitely look for it on the shelves and make a decision then.
