LDRS2005 comes to Canada!!
The Lethbridge Rocketry Association is pleased to announce that one of North America's premier rocketry events is coming to Canada. LDRS 24 will be hosted by the LRA at the Roc Lake, July 14 - 19, 2005. This will be a huge event with rocketeers from all over North America and maybe even a few from around the world descending on Lethbridge for a week of flame and thunder! Watch for more information and the LDRS24 website coming soon.
The "Roc Lake" site is 30min SE of Taber, AB. The nearest USA border crossing is from Montana via Interstate 15.

I'd love to attend but, Montana is clear across the country for me. If it were in eastern Canada, I'd certainly try to make it. It'd take me days to drive that far. It sounds like a great launch site and I'm sure that all attendees will have a ball. I'll just have to wait until LDRS makes it around to the east coast again.
