Launch Lug Placement on Launch Pad Hawk Kit

I'm building a Launch Pad Hawk Kit and noticed that on their Kits they don't suggest a placement for the launch lug. Where is this suppose to be? At the CG?

Generally one at CG and one at base. But i am not familiar with the kit, so..

I usually put mine 1-2 calipers behind the CG, or wherever is convienent. I dont think it is very important
