Latitude and longitude OpenRocket Question

I have no Idea how to enter the latitude North and the Longitude East? When I do a google search for the launch site I use I only get Latitude North and Longitude West.
1) Open rocket has input fields for North and East is the East input field mislabeled or am I doing something wrong in my search?

A west longitude is just a negative number,

The original author of OR lived east of the prime meridian, hence his preference!
