No launch on Sunday 9/20/2009. Fire fighters will still be occupying the entire half of the park that we can potentially use (from the boat launch roadway all the way through parking lot 6 and the overflow parking area).
Next scheduled launches at the Dam are Saturday October 3, 2009 and Sunday, October 18, 2009. There will be scouts at those launches, but they will be launching Quest Starhawks with A6-4 motors, so there will be very little delay - especially if you show up EARLY and start checking in your flights at the beginning. Save yourself time and print flight cards in advance and fill them in in advance.
