L3 documentation sticky thread gone?

Did an admin kill the L3 documentation pinned thread? While many of the links to reports were dead, I found the few that remained were very helpful. I'm in the process of working on mine, and it was great to have a repository of what others did. Any chance to bring it back?

Even better would be to start a new thread, but ask that folks upload the pdf file of their document rather than provide links that may cease to work one day.

Any of the links to Rocketry files probably a bad, since Mark Koelsch passed way several years back.
