Now the instructions on the Glueall max says to get the surfaces wet. Does anyone do that or is the humidity in the air enough to do the job.
You should dampen the surfaces as instructed, the polyurethane glues use the moisture to cure. The area between the liner and casting tube wont get much moisture from the air due to the close fit of the two parts.

Do present day units of these motors come with a grain-bonding card or notice in the reload?

If not, not everyone will get that advisory. I witnessed Louisville torch 2 boosters with the L2200 before they became aware of the procedure.

We implemented the new instructions last year so any motors that require bonding do come with the grain bonding advisory now.
