I asked him directly in the contact how it ships before I posted in on the forum. He confirmed it will ship Hazmat. If he does it another way, he is a fraud.

I tend to report folks that I think might have be violating the shipping rules.

That’s what I figured based on your post. I was really trying to answer @jmasterj, but forgot to tag him. Sorry for not being clear.

If the seller actually ships hazmat, he’s eating the additional cost. I'm doubtful.
