I used unreinforced mailing tube, woodglue, a Big Daddy NC, and a j270w. You should do just fine as long as your motor matches your materials.
Thank You....... I think I'll be ok....my biggest challange right now is trying to keep it sorta low but fast enough off the rail.....Its heavier than I wanted it. But in truth its really on par with Alot of other LVL 2 projects.

Well...................
we all knew how that was gonna work out- It never really was about if -
it was really just a matter of how long -
Never say never
It will be a slow build - but will work for my L-3 attempt .

Just a gentle reminder that your L-3 design must be approved by your TAPs or your L3CC before you begin construction.

congrats!

yes, so jealous. just got word our launches are cancelled through July ( Dallas, TX so... not surprising :( )

We could fly this month but we voted to take off July - its just too darn hot, and August we all (the club) go bowling to beat the heat. Hopefully we will still be clear for Sept, but this rocket probably wont be.
