I was given the URL for this forum in a private e-mail, and I would like to let the administrators and the members know how pleasantly surprised I am with The Rocketry Forum.

I have no certifications as of yet, but when I can afford the time and $ to get them, I will definitely get started. Right now, I have a lot of things to read.

One of my favorite 'libraries': http://ntrs.nasa.gov which is the main NASA Technical Report Server (TRS). It has links to almost all (?) of the other TRS databases and is an absolute treasure trove of info. I use the 'Browse' ( http://ntrs.nasa.gov/?method=browse ) and 'Advanced Search' ( http://ntrs.nasa.gov/?method=advanced ) pages the most.

Inching along,

Greetings and Welcome to TRF! We're glad you were referred here and that you joined! As you will quickly see this forum is frequented by many rocketeers at many different stages of participation. That being said, there certainly is no pressure or prerequisite in rocketry to obtain any certifications. :) But, when you discuss your rockets in great detail and don't offer to show any pictures you'll get all kinds of pressure. :D

The moderators are always online at some time or another. If you have any questions forum or rocketry related you can drop us a line via PM or Email. Or, put it out there in the forums and watch as many rocketeers contribute their knowledge on nearly any given rocketry subject.

Once again, welcome aboard!

Eugenio Cebollero, NAR #81161, Team Tour de Deuce, TRF moderator.

Oh, I also forgot to mention - TRF has many rocketry product vendors as participating members on this forum. If you have any product questions you shouldn't be too surprised to see the actual vendors reply themselves!
