Krylon Ruddy Brown and Black Primer Can be Wet Sanded; Krylon Gray Primer Cannot?

The can of Krylon gray primer says that Krylon Ruddy Brown primer and Krylon Black primer can be wet sanded. But Krylon gray primer cannot be wet sanded?

I wonder why not?

I may have to real world test this statement.
