KLOUDBusters hosts (2) two-day launches in the fall.

Same great launch site. Same incredible waiver. Same launch infrastructure. Cooler weather. Pristine field conditions.

October Fun Fly October 10-11, 2020
Distant Thunder November 7-8, 2020

These two launch weekends are the favorites of local flyers. The smaller launch crowd and much more leisurely pace lets us fly our own rockets.

If you're looking for a launch and your local waiver isn't high enough or maybe your local club hasn't restarted yet. Come join us. KLOUDBusters members fly free. Non-member fees are $5 per day. Adults must be TRA or NAR members. There will be a model rocket area for the youth.

All KLOUDBusters launches are supported by Science Ed. Center for your motors and other rocketry needs. Call Mark in advance to make sure he has what you need. 316-682-1921

KLOUDBusters October Fun Fly scheduled for Saturday and Sunday will take place as scheduled.

The forecast is looking almost like a July launch - hot and dry. Forecast says Increasing winds after noon on Sunday, so bring out your good stuff on Saturday or be ready to go early Sunday.

Be prepared to wear a mask when you bring your rockets through RSO and maintain healthy social distance between camps.
If your feeling sick, have a fever or have known coronavirus exposure, please stay home.

There will be a few of us out on Friday afternoon to set-up so the range should be ready to go at 9:00AM waiver open.

Bring your own shade and plenty of water - it is going to be a bit warm for October.

It should be great!!!
