Retired and back i the hobby, doing mainly mid power scratch build. I prefer to use only Kevlar as a shock cord.

Slowly designing and building a level one rocket to try out this spring.

I would like to use heavy duty Kevlar from bolt on engine mount to nose cone, about 8 to 10 feet long.

Any thoughts appreciate.

Thanka

How heavy is the rocket?

Thank you so much for the kind words David..

Give my site a read Jack.
The recommendations for each harness material will help you to understand
as the rocket gets bigger and heavier the weight and length of the harnesses do to..
