"kamikaze", help! Urgent!

A kid (11 years old) phoned me. I don't know where he's got my number from.
He asks about rocketry, he says he's a newbie and has made a rigid cardboard following some stuff on the bulgarian model forum, but the designs there are flawed.

He wants information about how to get engines and says he's experimenting with KNO3 :y:

He knows nothing about stability and is too impatient.

Does anyone have any idea how I could stop him from killing himself?

dont worry, he will stop calling you once he gets his experiments started, and its not like you are reading Bulgarian newspapers anyway. let the natural selection do its work. its not like you can really do anything anyway

well, I guess you're right. I told him several times not to do it and he hasn't called in the last 30 minutes. I'm pretty much sure he'll be doing some explosions in a couple of days
