Just bought 100 shares of VACQ which will become RKLB (Rocket Lab)

I just bought 100 shares of VACQ which is the company that is acquiring Rocket Lab.

When they acquire Rocket Lab the stock will then trade at RKLB.

You may get a bump if/when ARK launches their Space ETF. Given the amount of shares ARK may be gobbling up for the ETF you could get movement just based on that. I'll probably give Cathie Wood a little more of my money to manage once she gets this going.

I'm holding this one long term.

As for possible triggers to sell. If you're a trader and not an investor... most traders look for pullbacks like 10-15 percent as triggers to sell.

But those could be buying opportunities for investors too. Buying the dip or pullback is a valid strategy for long term investors.

Cathie Wood bought BIG the recent tech pullback.
