Just a couple more military plans (HPR)

Well, I've had lots of time to burn (Unemployment) and I love playing around with Rocksim. Thought I would try my hand at a couple of HPR plans. I've always loved the V2 and Honest John. I believe I actually had both of them back in the 60's. I'm not use to HPR so if I make a structural error please let me know. THANKS
