Had to make a post to comment on the awesome customer service that John Beans of Jolly Logic provides. I had a couple of rough recoveries at a recent launch that damaged one of my Chute Releases and Altimeter Three. I contacted John with description and some pictures, and he said send them in, and I'll see what I can do, free of charge. He admitted they were in his "hard to fix" pile for a bit, but I just received the fully refurbished/repaired units this week!
