On Friday, October 15, we attended a hearing in U. S. District Court in Washington, DC. Judge Reggie Walton reviewed documents and arguments from both our counsel, led by Joe Egan and Department of Justice attorney Jane Lyons representing ATF. After a 30 minute hearing, Judge Walton said he would review the material presented and issue a ruling next week. Future steps will depend on the outcome of that ruling

As always, we appreciate the comments, input and support of NAR and TRA members in this fight. And, as our case proceeds, we will continue to need your financial support. we urge you to visit:

and make a donation to the Legal Defense Fund today, in whatever amount you possibly can contribute. Your support and generosity will be recognized and acknowledged, and you'll be able to say "I supported the fight for an unregulated sport rocket hobby."

When we have Judge Walton's ruling on this hearing, we'll pass additional information along to TRA and NAR members.
