JLCR Mach Immune?

There's nothing I can find in the Jolly Logic documentation that says the Chute Release is mach immune. I've been searching the forum for a while now and I don't see this mentioned either. I've seen some people use it on flights that should have went well over mach 1 but they didn't explicitly state it did. Can anyone confirm that it's safe to use the chute release on flights that will exceed mach 1?

Mach immunity isn’t needed. It does nothing at apogee. Many people don’t even vent it to the ambient pressure. It senses ambient pressure once it’s deployed, which subjects it to a pressure pulse.
