For those of you that use a jasper jig, I have made a chart (pdf format) for cutting ring and bulkheads. The bit size and pin locations are for LOC tubing sizes. These are some missing but I will be updating these as I cut them. For more info you can find it on our website under our Tech Page. http://www.kandsrockets.com/tech.htm

Scott, very useful. Thanks. One thing I find needed are coupler plates often used to fit end of coupler to seal e-bays, ala Binder Design bays--I didn't see those on the chart (yet?).

Coupler bulkhead is the inside of the coupler and the CR/BH is the body tube size centering ring or bulkhead. To make a stepped bulkhead use the 2 combined

If you download a copy of this please check back every now and then because I will keep adding sizes to the list.

Nice work, Scott!

That's a slick little jig; a friend has one that we've made good use of.

This could be a dumb question, but what is the model of Jasper Jig you are using?
