Mark the fact that you offer such a great service is plenty of a deal in itself. Where else can I call someone and say hey I need a decal set for such and such rocket....

How about if you buy one decal set at regular price you get the second set half off?? Something like that. The cheaper set of course will be the half off set.

Just because it would help me, how about a Certification special? Discount of some type on decals for a certification flight.

I guess people could try to cheat... L3 certs have a bunch of documentation though, so we are covered. And since I don't need to L1/L2, I'm willing to ignore them.
