I bought a cheap (like $70 on clearance) digital camera before I left Connecticut. Looks like the photo ghods were smiling on me. Not only did it work first try (meaning, of course, I could figure it out without tech support) but it turns out it's both a still AND movie camera. I think they messed up.
Anyway, here's my first shot with it. This is a night flyer I just finished. A long BT60 body with an E size motor mount plus two D size parallel boosters (should make a pretty night fire), a length of BT50 payload section for electronics, topped with a clear tube and unpainted plastic nose for light sources. I have some high intensity R/C airplane landing lights coming from Hobby Lobby for this.
