Kitty Hawk would be a good spot to watch, assuming no clouds.
I don't think I can get there in time.

Update
The latest Antares rocket from Orbital ATK will be now launched from the Wallops Island facility Monday evening at 7:40 p.m. It was scheduled for Sunday evening, but there was an issue with a cable on some ground-support equipment during a pre-launch check. There are no reported issues with the rocket or spacecraft, according to NASA

200 miles south west of wallops and still saw launch and separation of first stage and second stage ignition of Cygnus

BEST FLIGHT YET from my viewpoint :)

A bunch of us were halfway out on a large bridge over the James river in the City of Richmond.

Fortunately we had a clear night with not much humidity and an unobstructed view...we had a good view of the entire event all the way to main engine cut off and second stage ignition.
Started out as a red dot - with 10 power binos I could see the flame trail streaking behind it.

Pretty cool.

We watched from chairs sitting on our second story deck. :)
We could see it right up to a few seconds shy of second stage burnout. It was
brighter than we expected. very nice indeed.
Do it again !!

I got a good view from my front yard. Unfortunately the photos weren't so good.
