Is Tripoli on vacation?

I joined Tripoli about 3 weeks ago and received my card and number a week ago but I can't reset password to log on (never sends a link) and I have emailed them twice and never get a reply.

When a new member joins Tripoli, their membership is manually processed at Tripoli HQ. A membership card and binder is mailed, usually within a few days. The Tripoli website is periodically updated with new members, after which they receive instructions for signing into the Tripoli website for the first time.
