Is this possible to create a connection from Telemega and RFD900 to ground computer?

We have a Telemega. We want to collect data from Telemega. Can we use a Teledongle can collect the data from Telemega? And can we connect an RFD900X(or maybe XBEE) to Telemega's RX/TX Ports? Which one is more efficient and why?(I am new to rockets, so please don't angry)

We are trying to do the same thing, and we are trying to communicate to the TeleBT to capture the data in real-time. So far we cannot get our apps to connect to the TeleBT to receive data. Looking for docs. or a hint on how to make that happen.
