Is the Raven still the smallest altimeter/deployment device?

The Adrel unit is very tiny, but only single deploy.

I've been eyeing the Altus Metrum Telemini for a while. It fits into an 18mm coupler tube, and does dual deploy and RDF tracking. The downside is you need a HAM license to purchase and operate one, it's very expensive, and you need to program it over the radio link.

I have a Telemini. It doesn't quite fit the coupler (unless you sand a little off the terminal block) but it does fit BT-20. It is expensive but it includes a dual deploy altimeter and a RDF tracker.
