Is painting the rockets necessary?

"Push the envelope" and paint it clear . . . If they penalize you, file a formal protest, citing that the TARC rules do not state that the paint must be "pigmented" . . . Fight back against "the man" ! ! !

I've never underdtood that "wash your car then it rains" thing. To me, it's not that your work is undone, it's that you needn't have bothered because nature washed the car for you.

The "STEM Academy" this year rushed through the construction of their models. Painting was omitted. When the CAP cadets were photographed with the results, the models were almost impossible to distinguish in front of the ABUs.
